The IceBug Comfort Insole is ideal for those seeking maximum cushioning combined with dynamic support. The FAT insoles are 5 mm thick and fit most shoes with removable insoles. The insole comes in two versions, Medium and High, designed to accommodate all arch types.

The IceBug insole corrects foot structure. It may feel uncomfortable at first, as muscles and tendons that have been inactive begin to engage again. Therefore, a gradual adjustment period is recommended—start by using the insole for only one or a few hours per day, then gradually increase usage.

The initial sensation may feel unfamiliar—especially with the metatarsal pad, which supports the front arch of the foot. The insole also features a heel cushion that protects the fat pad of the heel.

The medial arch height of the FAT MEDIUM insole is 31,5 mm.

The insole can be trimmed to the same shape as your existing shoe insole.
