Terms & Conditions

A soft and supple medical boot from Woof Wear, protects all the way up to the pastern.
The medical boot is used to keep wounds and cotton wool/hoof bandage clean, for example, during treatment of a hoof abscess and punctures or other ailments around the horse's hooves. Woof Wear's medical boot is crafted in a flexible material to maintane a close fit and high comfort.

Medical Hoof Boot by Woof Wear comes in several different sizes and for the sake of the durability, make sure to meassure and find the size that fits your horse's hoof perfect. If the boot doesnt fit the hoof correctly the risk of breakage increases.

Medical Hoof Boot is easy to put on and take off, thanks to the zipper that runs far down on the hoof. Ofcourse, the boot features a reinforced outer sole, for increased grip and durability. For increased protection, use the medical boot with an overreach boot on top.

Medical Hoof Boot is made for use on barefoot hooves, not suitable for riding but is mainly intended for indoor use or during shorter walks. With constant use, the boot is expected to last for approximatley 2-3 weeks while temporary use can result in longer durability.

- Super-stretch neoprene for a close fit
- Kevlar® inner sole for durability'
- Non-slip rubber outsole
- High comfort
- Sold singly

Machine wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry and avoid leaving the boot in strong sunlight.

Choose the Right Overreach Boot
Rubber overreach boots are not sufficient. Rubber boots are too soft to provide enough protection and do not reach far enough down. Choose an overreach boot made of durable material that fully covers the Medical Hoof Boot.

Use the Correct Size
Damage to the Medical Hoof Boot often occurs when the boot is too large for the hoof. To avoid this, it is very important to carefully measure the horse's hoof and choose the correct size. If the hoof boot is too big, the risk of the horse stepping on its edge increases, which can cause it to break.

Follow the Measuring Guide
Use the measuring guide on the Medical Hoof Boot packaging to find the right size for your horse and ensure the hoof boot fits perfectly.
