The IceBug Comfort insole is suitable for those looking for maximum cushioning combined with dynamic support. The FAT-soles are 5 mm thick and fits the majority of shoes that have removable insoles. The insoles comes in two versions, Medium and High, which are made to fit all types of arches.
The IceBug sole corrects the structure of the foot. It often feels hard at first as muscles and tendons that have been inactive for a longer period now start to function again. Therefore, a gradual adaptation is recommended, only use the sole for one or a few hours per day to begin with and gradually increase the use of the sole.
It often feels unfamiliar at first - especialy with the pad supporting the front arch of the foot. The sole also has a heel pad that protects the fat pad of the heel.
The medial arch height of the FAT HIGH insole is 36.5 mm.
The size of the sole is adjusted by cutting it to the same shape as the sole you already have in the shoe.
- A pelotte sole helps to lift a sunken arch thanks to the pelotte being placed behind the arch. The pad´s effect contributes to a more even load across the forefoot and front tread pad under normal load.
- The heel pad on the soles is placed under the heel bone and acts as an extra shock absorber for the sensitive own heel or fat pad.
